Welcome to Magnolia Laser Creation LLC. By using our site and placing an order, you agree to the following custom store terms.

🛍️ Orders & Personalization

All items are made-to-order. By submitting your personalization details, you confirm they are accurate. We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors once the engraving process begins.

🔧 Laser Engraving Service Terms

Our laser engraving services involve permanent customization on wood, acrylic, slate, metal, or cork materials. Natural variations in material (grain, tone, color) are part of the product's uniqueness and are not considered defects.

📦 Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds on completed items.
